To use the service, you can bid on Yahoo Auctions real-time through Remambo website, put listings to your Shopping Cart for some integrated shopping platforms (Mercari, Rakuten, Yahoo Shopping), or you can create an order for any Japanese online store's item using Add Item URL order form.

Receiving Packages

Remambo receives your purchases to the warehouse in Japan and provides an opportunity to store your orders for up to 60 days.

Buyer Protection

You can request optional Buyer Protection insurance for all your orders. Money-back guarantee if you buy from the fraudulent seller.

Contents Checking

This special request is needed to make sure that the seller has not confused anything and shipped exactly what you purchased. The warehouse staff will unpack the package, get the listing's description and check on it, whether all the items are in place and not damaged.

Order Splitting

250 yen

This special request is necessary if you want to divide one order into two and send them separately (a new part will appear in your personal account as a new order).

You can request splitting of your order from Messages of your Remambo account.

Consolidation

Free

Remambo will bring together all your purchases into one shipment without taking a fee for this. You can send goods from several online stores in one package and save on shipping.

Repacking Service

Remambo packs your parcels carefully, using firm cardboard boxes and other materials good for international shipments.

Stretch Film Wrapping

500 yen

Stretch wrap for international parcel can have several functions: some degree of dust and moisture protection, tamper resistance and resistance to package pilferage.

Parcel Modifying

1000 — 4000 yen

Sometimes you need to modify the contents of a shipment (international parcel) once it has already been packed. The fee depends on the weight of the already packed parcel:
Up to 4,999g — ¥ 1,000
5,000g to 11,999g — ¥ 2,000
12,000g to 29,999g — ¥ 3,000
30,000g and heavier — ¥ 4,000

An example of requests that fall under this service: remove some items from a packed parcel, add items to a packed parcel, add a Repacking Service to an already packed parcel.

Remambo has several delivery methods. Depending on the chosen method, the packages are sent by postal channels (Japan Post) or by private courier companies (FedEx, DHL, UPS).
