Remambo is a Japan proxy shopping service that helps you purchase, handle, and ship goods from Japan.
Japanese stores and marketplaces often do not offer international shipping or overseas payments.
All Japan-side operations are managed through the Remambo system.
Order Processing
500 yen per order
For shopping sites, an "order" refers to any number of items purchased together from the same store at once. For Yahoo Auctions, Mercari, Rakuma and Amazon an "order" refers to a single auction/listing.Orders placed through Remambo are processed by our proxy shopping service and handled in your account.
Items can be added from auctions, marketplaces, or Japanese online stores.
Receiving and Storage
Free
Orders are received at the Remambo warehouse in Japan and can be stored for up to 60 days.

Optional order protection is available for purchases made through the platform.

1000 — 4000 yen
Shipment contents can be modified before dispatch, subject to package status and weight. The fee depends on the weight of the already packed parcel:
Up to 4,999g — ¥ 1,000
5,000g to 11,999g — ¥ 2,000
12,000g to 29,999g — ¥ 3,000
30,000g and heavier — ¥ 4,000
An example of requests that fall under this service: remove some items from a packed parcel, add items to a packed parcel, add a Repacking Service to an already packed parcel.

Cashback Loyalty Program
Up to 1%
Earn cashback back to your Remambo purse balance for all purchases. Your cashback level is determined by the total price of all items shipped in the previous month.
Starting from January 1st, 2025, cashback level is updated on the 1st day of each month, based on the total price of items shipped in the past month:
¥ 20,000 — 0.4%
¥ 50,000 — 0.5%
¥ 100,000 — 0.6%
¥ 200,000 — 0.7%
¥ 500,000 — 1%
Referral Program
Up to 200 yen per order
Recommend our service to your subscribers, friends, readers of your blog or community, visitors to your websites and get a reward from Remambo.
