On September 29, 2024, the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) issued a recommendation for the suspension of flights to and from Israel. As a result, starting today, all courier services to and from Israel will be suspended temporarily. 19 May 2022 COVID-19: Disruptions in International Shipments (UPDATED: 2022-05-19)International shipments are currently experiencing disruptions due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Please find more details about the current status of international shipments below. Japan Post (updated on 2022-05-19) Japan Post announced a temporary suspension of acceptance and delivery delays of mail items destined to various countries/territories from April 2, 2020. According to Japan Post, this suspension is caused by measures such as the suspension of international mail, conducted due to the spread of the new coronavirus and because of the substantial reduction in flight frequencies and cancellations of flights between Japan and certain countries. There also has be an announcement that there is a high possibility of delays regarding the packages destined to the countries which are not subject to the suspension. 11 Oct 2018 Delay for international shipmentsWe were notified by Japan Post that most of our international packages have delays than usual due to the typhoon that caused floods and damages in Kansai Airport (Osaka) in the beginning ofSeptember. That is the airport that many international packages go through. We were told that they are diverting most of the packages to Tokyo and ship EMS first, next will be AIR, SAL and Surface in this order. Japan Post expects delays for EMS (5-10 days), SAL and Surface (1-3 months or more). Japan Post is keeping SAL and Surface packages in warehouses until delays for EMS and AIR get cleared. So if you're not seeing updates on your parcel tracking in the first week after shipment, please don't be concerned. Japan Post is doing all it can to get international packages out on their way. If you wish to receive your package quickly, please use EMS. Thank you for your kind understanding. |

27 Jun 2018 Important Notice: changes in payment methodsDue to a technical updates in our payment gateways and our system we had to implement changes from June 27, 2018. 1. Credit Cards cannot be saved for future automatic payments (authorised) in the system. It means you won't be able to authorise new credit cards and make bids without deposit. However, you can use your current authorised card, but won't be able to change it or add a new one in the future. 2. Opportunity to make bids 20 times more than your deposit balance was removed. Please deposit enough funds to cover all expenses, such as your bid, Remambo service fee and estimated domestic delivery fees before placing a bid. 08 Aug 2017 Use currency of your country when paying with credit or debit cardThere used to be two major problems using credit/debit cards for payments on Japanese websites: 1) Currency exchange rates usually were high, as they were determined by your card's Bank. 2) Final payment amount was not clear until you receive a final charge from your Bank after several days. Considering these two problems, we've launched a new credit/debit card payment system. You can choose your preferred currency for card billing of your authorised credit card or before adding funds to your deposit, so you will know right away the final amount of money in your local currency that is going to be charged. Moreover, from now currency exchange will be made according to Stripe payment company rates, which are usually lower than one's Bank has. |
